Let It Go: Releasing Past Hurts, Anxiety & Burdens

$49.95

You have carried it long enough. You don't have to carry everything alone.

Sometimes the weight we carry is not visible to anyone else. It may be the pain of rejection, the disappointment of unanswered prayers, the hurt of betrayal, the burden of regret, or the anxiety of not knowing what comes next.

Let It Go is a two-hour online women's retreat designed to create space for honest reflection, spiritual surrender, and a renewed willingness to trust God with the things weighing on your heart.

Through guided teaching, Scripture reflection, journaling, and prayer, you will be invited to identify what you have been carrying, consider what you are ready to release, and bring those burdens before God.

Letting go does not mean pretending the pain never happened, excusing someone's actions, or having every answer. It means beginning to release the hold those experiences have on your life while allowing yourself room to grow and move forward.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

  • What Are You Still Carrying? Reflect on past hurts, rejection, grief, guilt, anxiety, disappointment, and unforgiveness.

  • My Emotional Suitcase: Identify what has strengthened you, what is weighing you down, and what you need to surrender to God.

  • Scripture Reflection: Spend time reflecting on Matthew 11:28–30 and other Scriptures about trust, surrender, and moving forward.

  • The Release Letter: Write a personal letter expressing what you are ready to release and place before God.

  • Letting Go Is Not Giving Up: Explore the difference between releasing a burden and pretending the hurt never happened.

  • Heart-Searching Questions & Journaling: Make space to examine what you have been holding onto and what moving forward could look like.

  • Beyond the Reflection: Use a guided mirror activity to reflect on how you see yourself and the truths you want to embrace.

  • Prayer of Release & Closing Blessing: End with a time of prayer, surrender, and encouragement for the journey ahead.
